What it is

The Beauty Sleep Bundle is a two-step evening ritual designed to help you make the most of your rest. It combines COLLAGEN+, a premium blend of hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, and essential nutrients, with our highly absorbable MAGNESIUM ² (bisglycinate and citrate).

While you rest, your body goes into repair mode. This bundle supports that process by providing Magnesium to contribute to normal psychological function and muscle relaxation, helping you unwind before bed.

Simultaneously, Collagen+ delivers a rich complex of vitamins and minerals, including Zinc, Biotin, and Vitamin C, that contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails, and protect cells from oxidative stress. It’s the ultimate "inner beauty" routine for waking up refreshed and radiant.

Who it's for

This bundle is perfect for anyone looking to upgrade their nightly routine or those who feel that stress and fatigue are showing on their skin.

It is ideal if you are looking to support skin elasticity and hydration while simultaneously seeking support for muscle relaxation and nervous system health.

Recommended for those 18 years and over.

How to take

COLLAGEN+
Mix 2 scoops (10ml per scoop / 20ml total) a day to a glass of water, allowing time for the powder to fully dissolve and turn the water pink. Can be taken at any time of the day.

MAGNESIUM
2 capsules per day, preferably 30 minutes before bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of children.

FAQs

Is Collagen+ vegan?

No, Collagen+ contains hydrolysed collagen peptides from bovine (cattle) sources and is therefore not suitable for vegans.

Can I take Collagen+ if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy, we recommend consulting your doctor before taking any supplements.

Can I take Collagen+ if I’m on medication?

Always consult your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement if you are taking any prescription medications.

Does Collagen+ support joint health?

Yes, Collagen+ can also contribute to joint support.

Hydrolysed collagen peptides are a structural component of cartilage and connective tissue.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, essential for the normal function of cartilage.

Copper helps maintain normal connective tissue.

Zinc supports the maintenance of bones, which play a key role in joint stability.

Together, these nutrients offer supportive benefits for joint structure and flexibility over time.

What does Collagen+ taste like?

Collagen+ has a refreshing flavour inspired by Swedish summer berries. It blends easily into water or smoothies and is designed for daily use.

What type (I, II, III) of collagen do you use in Collagen+?

We use collagen from bovine hide, this comprises of type I and type III collagen. Type I and III collagen are associated with improvements in skin, tendons, bones, gut lining and the brain. However, the specific ingredient within our product is hydrolysed collagen. When collagen is hydrolysed (broken down into peptides), the specific "type" (I, II, III) becomes less important because the collagen triple-helix structure is lost. The proteins lose their structure (type I, II, III) and become bioactive peptides (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline etc.) that are absorbed rapidly and more efficiently to trigger the production of collagen through specific target cells (fibroblasts and chondrocytes).

What makes KÄLLA Collagen+ different from other collagen supplements?

KÄLLA Collagen+ combines hydrolysed collagen peptides with a clinically relevant blend of nutrients including hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, zinc, biotin, selenium, and copper — chosen for their synergy in supporting skin hydration, structure, and natural collagen formation.

What type of collagen does KÄLLA Collagen+ contain?

We use hydrolysed collagen peptides from bovine sources. This form is broken down into small amino acid chains (peptides) for efficient absorption.

Why is vitamin C included in the formula?

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage, and bones, making it essential in any collagen-supporting formula.

Does Collagen+ support more than just skin?

Yes. Nutrients like zinc, biotin, copper, and vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, nails, and skin — and help protect cells from oxidative stress, a key contributor to premature ageing.

KÄLLA Collagen+ contains hydrolysed collagen peptides along with vitamin C, copper, and zinc — nutrients that support cartilage, connective tissue, and bone structure. Together, they help maintain joint health, flexibility, and long-term mobility.

What does "hydrolysed" collagen mean?

Hydrolysed collagen has been enzymatically broken down into smaller peptides, which are more easily absorbed and used by the body.

I have brittle or breaking nails — can Collagen+ help?

Yes. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal nails, while zinc supports overall nail strength and growth. Collagen provides the structural proteins that nails are made of, helping reduce breakage over time.

What if I have thinning hair?

KÄLLA Collagen+ includes zinc, biotin, vitamin A, and copper — all of which are involved in the maintenance of normal hair and scalp health. These nutrients support the structure of keratin (the main protein in hair) and help reduce hair brittleness.

When will I see the difference?

The consumption of hydrolysed collagen peptides, combined with vitamin C will elevate collagen synthesis immediately. Although visible improvements to skin and hair are likely seen between 4 and 12 weeks, and nails between 8 - 12 weeks. Studies suggest that it takes 12 - 24 weeks for joint health improvement to be felt.

Can I take Magnesium when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, it is generally safe for use during pregnancy, as long as the recommended dosage is followed, but we advise consulting with a healthcare provider for personalised advice.

Who should avoid taking KÄLLA Magnesium?

Individuals with severe kidney disease, those with a history of chronic diarrhoea, or those taking certain medications (e.g. diuretics) should avoid magnesium supplements unless advised by a healthcare provider. High doses (doses over our recommended 2 capsules a day) of magnesium can also interfere with certain heart medications.

Why is this combination of Magnesium superior to other forms of magnesium?

Many magnesium supplements are made from magnesium oxide, which is cheap but often poorly absorbed by the body, making it a less efficacious form. In clinical settings magnesium oxide is sometimes used as a laxative and bowel preparation for surgery, so not appropriate for people with sensitive guts. Magnesium bisglycinate is highly bioavailable and citrate is quickly absorbed, which is why you are likely to feel the impact quicker. Some forms of magnesium can cause digestive issues, but our two forms are gentle on the digestive system and together, they provide comprehensive support for muscle relaxation, nerve function, and overall well-being.

What should I avoid taking with magnesium?

Avoid taking magnesium supplements with high doses of zinc, as they can interfere with each other's absorption. Additionally, magnesium can interact with certain medications, including bisphosphonates (used for osteoporosis), and diuretics, so it's important to take these supplements at a different time of day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
