You can do it yourself in under a minute. Log into your account with the button above, open Manage subscription, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose to cancel. It applies to your next order, as long as you cancel before that order is processed. If you'd rather we did it for you, send us a note below.
Yes, and it's often the easiest option if you simply have enough at home. In your account you can pause for as long as you like, or skip a single delivery, then pick things back up whenever you're ready. Your price and any benefits stay with you.
It's all in your account under Manage subscription: move your next delivery date, adjust how much you get, swap a product or flavour, or add something new. Changes apply to your next order, so it's worth making them in good time before your next delivery is prepared.
Send us a note with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we'll sort it from our side. It's usually one of two things: a small typo in the email on your order, or a subscription you started a while ago that sits in our older system, which isn't self-serve. Either way, we'll fix it for you.
We understand a recurring order can catch you off guard. A subscription is always shown as a clear choice on the product page, confirmed again in the checkout, and followed by its own email letting you know your subscription has started. Because it's a renewal of something you set up, it isn't covered by the right of withdrawal, and sending a shipped parcel back to us carries real cost. If you'd like to return it, reach out and we'll try to find a solution together, though we may need to charge for it. To stop future orders, you can cancel anytime in your account.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Skåne, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way. Sweden adn Denmark usually takes 1 to 3 working days, the rest of the EU 3 to 6. If tracking shows a town you don't recognise, that is often the carrier's sorting terminal rather than your delivery address.
Once an order is created, most changes are no longer possible for us to make, and the few that are carry real cost. The best safeguard is to double-check your address, your items and your subscription settings before you order. If something is genuinely wrong, send us a note as quickly as you can and we'll see what's still possible.
Start with your tracking link. If a parcel comes back to us it is usually a small address detail, most often a missing apartment number or C/O name.
We're sorry, and we'll put it right. Send us a note with your order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged, which helps us raise it with the warehouse or carrier. We'll arrange a replacement or another fair solution for you.
We're sorry about that. The first batch went out without its scoop, and we don't have loose scoops to send on, so a replacement pouch may be missing one too. In the meantime, the daily dose of two scoops is about 9 g, or 20 ml, which is roughly 4 teaspoons (about one and a half tablespoons). If it's a hassle, send us a note and we'll make it right.
No. A gift is a one-off, with no charge, no delivery of its own, and nothing to cancel. A few days after ordering you may get an email announcing a gift on your next order, so it arrives with that next delivery, not the one you just placed. One thing to know: a sign-up gift can't be combined with a discount code, so if a code was applied, the gift won't come along with it.
Two things here. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal on unopened packaging. And on your first order of a product, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee means that if you feel no effect, you get your money back. A few one-off items are exempt: the microbiome test, menopause test, magnesium and vitamin D. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 12 banking days. Send us a note with your order number to start.
You can pay by card. Klarna isn't available for subscriptions yet. If a renewal payment fails, it's worth checking there are funds on the card first. You'll also get an email with a link to update your card, and once you have, we'll make sure your order goes out.
Please check with your doctor or midwife first. Some of our products can be suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding and some are not, so it depends on the specific product, and your doctor or midwife knows your situation best. If you have an allergy or take medication, speak with your doctor before starting. Our formulas are designed to be taken together, so combining them is fine; just follow each product's dose.
