Shipping policy

Delivery & processing

We ship every order from our warehouse in southern Sweden.

Estimated delivery once your order is on its way:

  • Sweden and Denmark: one to three business days
  • Rest of the EU: four to seven business days

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers in Sweden and Denmark always have a free shipping option available when they sign up for a subscription.

Lost, damaged or faulty deliveries

If something arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, or simply isn't right, please tell us as soon as you can, and within a reasonable time of delivery or the expected delivery date.

To help us put things right quickly:

  • For damaged items, please include photos so we can see exactly what happened.
  • For an expired or faulty product, please send photos that clearly show the batch number and expiry date.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to failure to collect, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the following applies:

  • Refunds: If the order is cancelled and refunded, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs incurred by us from the total refund amount.

  • Re-shipment: If you request to have the package re-delivered, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs incurred by us, as well as the shipping fee for the new shipment.
