How to take

Can teenagers take CYCLE SYNC?

Yes, however we recommend adjusting the dosages slightly. It is fine for teenagers to take the recommended 2 capsules a day during their follicular phase. However we recommend reducing the "luteal phase" product to 2 daily capsules. This is because of the botanical ingredient ashwaghanda, which we recommend taking at a 200mg dosage.

Can I take CYCLE SYNC with my contraception?

There are no known negative interactions between the contraceptive pill and CYCLE SYNC. However, because the pill suppresses ovulation and the natural phases of the menstrual cycle, you may not experience the full benefits of the two-phase supplement system.
