Do you offer money back guarantee?

You have the right to a 30 day money-back from the day of placing your order. To exercise this right, you must e-mail us at support@kalla.comwith your order number and with the e-mail address you placed your order with. You can consume the product and do not need to pay for returns, you do however have to pay for shipping. KÄLLA have the right to refuse moneyback guarantee, if a customer is seen to be shopping multiple products and returning them, within a 6 month period.

Can I return my product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must be able to return the unused or used packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kalla.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, these include the following products: Microbiome Test, Menopause Test, Magnesium & Vitamin D. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@kalla.com.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Your subscription is designed to fit your life—not the other way around. Log in to your account to make changes anytime.

In your account you can manage:

Order date – Need it now or want to wait? You decide.

Delivery frequency – Every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. It’s up to you.

- Shipping address - Change your address to temporary locations if your travelling, or permanently if you are moving.

- Payment details - Update your card details.

- Product - Swap, add or remove products to your subscription.

- Pause or cancel - If at any point you want to pause or cancel, you can do so whenever you like.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes absolutely, your subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time within your account.

How do I send my used sachets back after use?

The pre-paid envelope in your first order can be used to send back all used sachets to us for recycling. Subscribers will receive re-fill boxes on their subsequent orders, which can also be used to send back used sachets. Simply request a pre-paid sticker from support@kalla.com

Can I recycle my packaging?

Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable. All of our cardboard packaging (premium and refill) can be recycled with cardboard via your local facility. 

All of our daily dose sachets are made from foil and a thin layer of plastic to keep the live bacteria in-tact. These can be recycled with plastics at your local facility. Alternatively, all first-time orders include a pre-paid envelope, in which you can send back your used sachets to us, which we recycle via TerraCycle® who transform 100% of the materials into new products. In order to minimise wastage, our refill boxes can also be used to send your used sachets back to us for recycling. Simply request a pre-paid sticker from support@kalla.com
