Shipping policy

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within Sweden, select EU countries and the USA. We do not ship to Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods & Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 5–7 business days

  • US countries: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or sales periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Sweden and Denmark: Standard orders are charged a flat shipping fee of 39 SEK. Subscription orders are free.

  • EU: Flat shipping rate of €10. 

  • US: Flatt shipping rate of $6.99

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to failure to collect, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the following applies:

  • Refunds: If the order is cancelled and refunded, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs incurred by us from the total refund amount.

  • Re-shipment: If you request to have the package re-delivered, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs incurred by us, as well as the shipping fee for the new shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
