Why can I choose between 2 or 3 capsules a day?

The optimal dosage for many of the botanical and amino acid ingredients within this supplement exist in a relatively large range, meaning benefits can be experienced at 2 or 3 capsules. We recommend starting with 2 capsules per day and increasing to 3 capsules per day if required.

How soon will I feel the impact of CALM & ME?

The beneficial effects of CALM & ME nootropic ingredients will grow with time. Within the first week, you will experience some positive changes in mood and a reduction in general stress. Do I need to refrigerate this product?

However, systematic reviews of probiotics as an adjunct to antidepressant treatment show promising results.
