CYCLE SYNC
Take control of your hormones with CYCLE SYNC, a science-backed way to help you feel your best whatever day of the month it is.
From the first day of your period, you enter your Follicular Phase, which can mean period pain, low energy and breakouts. Two daily capsules get to the root of these symptoms, topping-up your iron levels and fighting inflammation to help you feel energised and in-control of your body. When you enter your Luteal Phase - around day 14 - switch to our second solution; A meticulously researched blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and botanicals that relieve PMS, stabilise mood, promote sleep and quell cravings.
WHY IT WORKS
BEAT INFLAMMATION & LOW-ENERGY
ON YOUR PERIOD & FOLLICULAR PHASE
Replenish your body with iron and Vitamin C to balance the impact of blood loss during your period. The result: a reduction in fatigue, when your energy naturally dips.
As progesterone is at its lowest, and oestrogen and luteinising hormone (LH) steadily increase, metabolic rate and cortisol levels naturally increase too. This leads to a significant increase in inflammation, which we offset with potent anti-inflammatory polyphenols.
NATURAL PMS RELIEF
FROM OVULATION TO YOUR LUTEAL PHASE
When your body needs the most energy to rebuild the uterine lining (during your Luteal Phase), and with the release of progesterone and oestrogen after ovulation, you may crave fatty and sweet foods, which leads to dips and spikes in sugar, and thus mood, energy and sleep disturbances. These changes can also lead to bloating, headaches, fatigue and PMS.
We’ve selected the key botanicals and nutrients to support you through this period of your cycle.
HOW TO TAKE
From the first day of your period, and thus the first day of your FOLLICULAR PHASE, take 2 capsules, in the morning with water, every day for approximately 14/15 days.
From the first day of your LUTEAL PHASE switch to the second supplement container, and take 4 capsules every day with water, for approximately 14/15 days.
Include as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

What is the follicular phase?
Menstruation is commonly known as ‘the period’ and is typically referred to as day 1 of the menstrual cycle, iron losses are greater in this phase. Menstruation is followed by the follicular phase, which is the longest phase of the menstrual cycle, this is the phase where the ovaries house a developing egg that will later be released during ovulation, which marks the end of the follicular phase. The hormonal alternations during the follicular phase increase metabolic rate and cortisol, with a significant increase in inflammation too.
What is the luteal phase?
After ovulation the release of progesterone and oestrogen results increases protein breakdown and can impact appetite, energy and sleep. Hormonal alterations during this phase can trigger a range of side effects referred to as premenstrual syndrome (PMS) including fluid retention, headaches, fatigue, irritability.

It is likely that you will feel the acute benefits of these ingredients within a matter of weeks, with the chronic benefits of menstrual cycle symptoms occurring after a couple of successive cycles.
Yes, however we recommend adjusting the dosages slightly. It is fine for teenagers to take the recommended 2 capsules a day during their follicular phase. However we recommend reducing the "luteal phase" product to 2 daily capsules. This is because of the botanical ingredient Ashwaghanda, which we recommend taking at a 200mg dosage.
There are no negative interactions between the contraceptive pill and CYCLE SYNC, in fact some contraceptive pills can reduce uptake of certain vitamins and minerals, so it can be a good idea to supplement with a product like CYCLE SYNC.
