Dr Elisabeth Nordvall has an Msc in Epidemioliogy from Imperial Collect and an M.D from Lund University, Sweden. She is specialised in Internal Medicine at Karolinska University Hospital.
Dr. Rana Eizad
Dr. Rana Eizad is a doctor at St Görans hospital in Stockholm. She is an authority in gut health in Sweden, regularly speaking on the topic on Swedish TV and radio. She is also known on social media as @magdoktorn where she offers evidence-based advice to people with IBS and IBD.
Dr. Lina Tingö
Dr Lina Tingö is a postdoctoral fellow at Linköping University where she has focused on child development, from pregnancy to two years of age. The common thread in her research is the importance of dietary supplements (mainly probiotic bacteria and Omega-3 fatty acids) on improving health. She is a post-doc researcher at Örebro University and has recently started to study medicine.
Dr. Nikolaus Gasche
Nikolaus is a Medical Doctor and the co-founder of Biome Diagnostics (BiomeDx), an Austrian MedTech company founded with the mission to advance precision medicine by providing healthcare professionals with world-class microbiome diagnostic tools. Their first product is BiomeOne®, a stool-based prediction test for immunotherapy (ICI) response.
Matt Jones
Matt Jones is a sports nutritionist currently consulting in the English Premier League with West Ham United FC, in the Women’s Super League with Chelsea FC Women and with the Men’s Scottish National Team. Matt has a Masters Degree in Nutrition Science and is registered with the British Dietetic Association, Sport Nutrition Register.

We are committed to getting you results, with minimal harm to the planet, which is why we work with the TerraCycle® “Zero Waste Box™” solution. This means you can send back all of your used sachets via the pre-paid envelope included in your order for us to recycle on your behalf. TerraCycle® then transforms 100% of our sachets into pellets to be reimagined into new goods.
All of our other packaging is constructed from cardboard that can be recycled at your local facility.
We also offer a Monthly Refill Program for subscribers and a Refill solution for returning customers. It's a lightweight packaging solution that's kinder to the environment, without compromising on experience.
