We've added taurine, one of the most researched amino acids in sports nutrition, to support endurance and help your body handle physical stress, plus a dose of prebiotic fibre to quietly support your gut with every serving.

How to take

Add 1 scoop (5.5 g) to 250-500 ml of water. Stir or shake until fully dissolved. Can be taken at any time of the day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

When is the best time to take ELECTROLYTES+?

Whenever it suits you. Many people take it after training, in the morning before a hot day, or in the evening to support hydration on warmer nights. Timing does not change how it works.

Can I take it every day?

Yes. One scoop per day is the recommended daily dose. On days with heavy sweating you may benefit from drinking more water alongside it.

Is it sweetened with sugar?

No. It is sweetened with stevia, contains no added sugar, and has only 3 kcal per serving.

Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We recommend that you speak to a health care professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as there is currently not sufficient evidence that taurine can be taken safely during this time.

Can I take it together with KÄLLA Magnesium or Pure Creatine?

Yes. ELECTROLYTES+ pairs well with Pure Creatine as a pre or post-training routine. If you also take KÄLLA Magnesium, you can combine them; the magnesium in ELECTROLYTES+ is moderate (89.76 mg per serving) and well within safe daily limits when combined.

Why is there sea salt in it?

Sea salt is a natural source of sodium and chloride, two of the key electrolytes your body loses through sweat. We use Guérande sea salt for its mineral profile and clean taste.
